J&J Overhead Door offers the best Preventative Maintenance Program in the entire Southeastern Wisconsin area. Recognizing that your garage door is usually the largest and heaviest moving object in your home, having that system properly adjusted and maintained on an annual basis is essential to having your garage door function properly for years to come. This is why J&J offers the most complete Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure your garage door and opener are in proper and safe working condition.
Our Program includes:
A fifteen (15) point maintenance and safety inspection on each garage door including tightening and/or replacement of defective bolts, screws and nuts, lubrication of all rollers, hinges, springs and pulleys, plus much more.
A thirteen (13) point maintenance and safety inspection on each garage door opener including adjustments of your garage door opener, tightening of chain, setting limits, lubrication & greasing of entire drive components, and much more.
A detailed Preventative Maintenance inspection checklist is completed, noting any safety issues or parts needing replacing, and gone over with the customer with a copy being supplied upon completion.
Any necessary repair and/or replacement options are discussed with the customer prior to our servicemen’s departure.
